These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hoki311 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible athttps://hoki311.cam ("the Platform", "the Site").

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, hoki311 will initiate a KYC verification process. You will be required to submit:

hoki311 aims to complete KYC review within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. Accounts will not be suspended during this period unless fraud indicators are detected. We recommend completing KYC early to avoid withdrawal delays.

hoki311 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of verified Malaysian payment channels, including but not limited to:DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency channels.

5.1 Deposit Policy

• Minimum deposit:RM 30 (subject to change; current limits are displayed at the deposit page).
• Deposits are credited to your account in real time for e-walets and DuitNow/FPX channels.
• hoki311 does not charge any fee for processing deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Only funds deposited from payment methods registered in your own name will be accepted. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50.

hoki311 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Each welcome bonus offer may be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any funds derived from a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount depending on the specific offer.
• The maximum bet per spin or round while a bonus is active is MYR 500. Placing bets above this threshold during an active bonus may result in the bonus and associated winings being voided.
• Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games, live casino, and sports betting contribute 10%–20% unless otherwise stated.
• All bonuses have an expiry window (7, 14, or 30 days as stated per offer). Uncompleted wagering at the time of expiry results in the bonus and bonus-derived winnings being forfeited.

7.1 Sports Betting

In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time. All bets are binding once confirmed. hoki311 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by proven match-fixing or corruption investigations.

7.2 Live Casino

hoki311's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Balance held in the player's account at the time the relevant claim arises.

hoki311 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. In the event of a technical error affecting game outcomes or transaction processing, hoki311 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore affected accounts to their correct pre-error state.

12.1 Termination by hoki311. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe that:

• A breach of these Terms or any supplementary policy has occurred or is suspected.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, money-laundering, or other illegal purposes.
• Continued operation of the account poses a compliance, legal, or reputational risk to the Company.
• The player has been identified as a vulnerable individual in need of protection from gambling harm.

12.2 Termination by the Player. You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance (net of amounts subject to bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completed KYC.

12.3 Survival of Terms. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law shall survive termination of this Agreement.

hoki311 reserves the right to revise, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material in nature — particularly those affecting player rights, bonus policies, or withdrawal conditions — we will provide notice via email to your registered address or through a prominent on-site notification, with a minimum of seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
